-The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) requirement which will require facilities with chemicals above certain thresholds to complete a survey. List of chemicals was finalized on November 20, 2007.  Facilities subject to the standard have 60 days from this date to complete a Top-Screen Survey.  Contact us for assistance.
